So what happens when the Q plans a beatdown during his lunch break while taking the bar exam? And then the skies open up during the warmup and change almost all those plans? 7 pax found out firsthand in today’s saturated gloom. Here is what happened.

The Thang:
Mosey to the soccer field. Re-route to parking lot after the field looked like a swamp. Blackjack starting with 20 monkey humpers at one end of the parking lot, run to other end for 1 carolina dry dock. Then to other end for 19 MHs and back for 2 CDD. And on until we did 1 MH and 20 CDD. Mosey back to the flag for some burpee love. 10 burpees a minute for 10 minutes. Nothing starts the day right like 100 burpees before breakfast. COT and BOM. Soggy but refreshing coffeeteria afterwards. Praises for YHC’s bar exam completion and Flo’s mom’s improvements. Keep praying that God would strengthen us and use for His purposes.

- Ratatouille posted to bring the shovel flag, but he’s got a busted paw. Needs some prayers for quick healing.
- How could Flo continue to tell stories during the 9th round of burpees? Did anyone else notice this? YHC was just grunting and stumbling my way to the finish line, and Flo’s just grinning and telling stories.
