Mosey to the wall for some People’s Chair action with entertainment from each of the PAX showing off their best StarJump. I think the IronTribe folks even left their cozy climate controlled environment to get a peek. Quick recovery to shake off the baby deer legs, and then…
Mosey towards the hill, but stopped halfway for some mountain climbers and curb high planks/low planks. Collected the six and continued to the hill where we put in $.30 of work with our triple dimes. Deconstructed Burpees at the bottom and Shoulder touch peter parkers at the top.
Back to the top of the hill for some quick Derkins on the QIC’s count followed by some Dips…or vice versa…I can’t remember.
Mosey over to the playground and split up in to two groups. One group on the monkey bars for pull-ups and/or hang ons, while the other group got their Swerkins on at the swing set. 50 (give or take) seconds for each station. We met in the middle and gave an attempt to get a full rotation on the circle thingy as a group. Let’s just say, it was harder than it looked.
Back to the flag with some lunge walks mixed in during our travel back. Quick AB work waiting on the six.

Sunshine challenged the PAX to join his MudRun team to raise support for promise 686. Here’s a link to their website http://promise686.org This is why we do what we do. I’m going to share with the Rubicon faithful to see if we can get a few of them to join up as well. Sunshine will follow up with additional info. I already made a soft commit on another team, but will join Sunshine’s team if that other team doesn’t form. I’ve also been working on two of these team leaders to come out and join us.
Prayers up for the persecuted church AND more importantly that God would do a work in the hearts of the persecutors!
