Chilly Grindstone BD

Preamble:

Mumblechatter was solid to start and almost missed the 0530 start time. Thanks to Inseam calling me out we began to mosey down the trail between the football fields.

Warm-O-Rama:

Continued the mosey to the upper parking lot and circled up for below:

• SSH – 20
• Good Mornings – 10
• Copperhead Squat – 15
• Weed Pickers – 10
• Hill Billies – 15

The Thang:

Mosey to the hill by the tennis courts for 11’s – Star jumps at the top and Merkins at the bottom

Mosey to the football field down the path

Four corners: Right football field….Run to first corner, do 10 reps(Burpees). Run to 2nd, 10 more reps(Plank Jacks). Run to 3rd, 10 more(Squats). Run back to start, 10 final reps(Lunges). Rinse repeat with 9 reps and so on decreasing each time. We made it to 4 reps before heading back to the flag for 1 round of mary, my favorite American Hammers.

COT:

6th man was Inseam. Asked what F3 means to him, great answer…brotherhood.
