Suicide Drill

Preamble:

Some showed up early for a pre run.

Warm-O-Rama:

Started with a mosey to a new spot and did a quick warm up with SSH, weed pickers, and Sun Gods.

The Thang:

We grabbed blocks and started in the parking lot. We would pick up the block and run it to the 2nd line put it down and run back to the start. When we got back to the start we did Merkins in cadence until the 6th man got back and then we did five more in cadence.

We would run back to the blocks and pick them up and run to the second line from that point and placed the block down and ran back to the start and did more merkins and so on.

We kept that up and did these ever time we got back to the start.
