The Thang:
Old military fit test. AMRAP merkins in 2 minutes. AMRAP BBSU in 2 minutes. 2 mile run. Good times were had by all.
We did a couple of other things to fill the time when we were done. Props to Laces for going crazy fast on the run!
COT:
Prayer’s for Spandex’s friend Kevin’s son who is young and dealing with cancer. Prayers for the little girl that got hit by a car on Old Alabama by Newtown Park.
