As we approach St. Patrick’s Day, the Georgia sky did it’s best to impersonate an Irish morn.  9 souls paid no heed to the rain and assembled for a brick required/shillelagh optional beatdown.

Warm-O-Rama:

Q decides to be merciful on a blustery morning – PAX gather under the Ari Korean BBQ awning for a sheltered, slightly-modified BD.  SSH, Hillbillies, weedpickers, copperhead squats.

The Thang:

A ‘Little’ Four Corners under the awning.

With coupons piled in the fourth corner, PAX complete three series of four corners. Each series consists of four rotations, starting with 20 reps of each exercise and decreasing by 5 each rotation.

I’m bringing mom’s ashes back to Dublin in  a couple of weeks to lay her to rest after an extended Covid delay. I continue to be thankful for these men who helped me through an incredibly difficult period that culminated in her passing just about two years ago.
