Partner up.  Partner A will do the exercises with their block (weighing 38.5 lbs) and Partner B will do the exercises with my blocks (weighing 52 lbs.).

  • Squats (25 reps) w/38.5 cinder
  • Deadlifts (15) w/52 cinder
  • Lap, then switch; a total of 4 sets and 4 laps

  • Overhead Press (20) w/52 cinder
  • Lap, then switch; a total of 4 sets and 4 laps
