And just like that - the Gladiator turns 6! QIC was grateful for the chance to lead before we welcomed a bloodless leadership change as Macbeth relinquished his crown to.... DARK SIDE! Anyway - back to the beatdown. Due to some predictable soreness, the Q planned a near 0.0 morning in the gloom. Classic disclaimer and a quick mosey to the other side of the parking lot (a mere 50 yards, if that).Warm-O-Rama:
Circled up. A few light stretches. A moderate about of "Dreamer you're doing it wrong" and "wow - Bo Knows is late again" and "Where is Tebow? Oh, he only shows when he Qs". Time to get started!The Thang:
QIC lined up the PAX on the edge of the parking spaces facing the field for several rounds of 11's #1- 10 Burpees & 1 Monkey Humpers.
- Take a lap for the 6 when completed and do 10 SSH / 10 monkey humpers
- 10 Squats, lunge walk to the next parking space, 1 Jump Squat
- Take a lap for the 6 when completed and do 10 SSH / 10 monkey humpers
- 14 merkins, bear crawl, 1 freddy mercury

- Note - this round was actually "15's"
- Q also called for Butter Knife to lead the PAX in a chorus of happy birthday in a low plank - just for fun!
- 3 Burpees, 10 Flutters, 10 High Knees for the last 2 minutes
