Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey to the usual place at the base of Kill-a-man jaro. WMH, WP, Reverse lunges, hillbillies, and the side straddle hop exercise of counting in your head to 21.  First time for Relient....we did a burpee.

The Thang:

Head to the first soccer field. Escalator up hitting each soccer field and adding an exercise each time, starting with 3 exercises on field 1 and ending on field 6 with 8 exercises.  Wait for 6 doing a forearm plank at each field. Field 1 - 5 burpees, 10 mercans, 15 squats. Field 2 - Those 3 plus 20 BBSU Field 3 - Those 4 plus 25 Shoulder taps - single count Field 4 - Those 5 plus 30 Bonnie Blairs -single count Field 5 - Those 6 plus 35 LBC Field 6 - Those 7 plus 40 Mountain Climbers single count   /// Total 30 burpees, 60 mercans, 90 squats, 100 BBSU, 100 Shoulder taps, 90 Bonnie Blairs, 70 LBC, 40 mountain climbers Back out to parking lot. Mosey back to flag, stopping at every crosswalk and doing 3 wolverines and 10 crunchy frogs. 5 stops=15 wolverines. Actually did 5 at the last stop so 17.   Back to flag for some Mary.
