We both got there right at 5 and with that it was time to head out

The Thang:

Rucked with a few stops to make it more fun The exercises we did during the ruck 15 Ruck merkins 15 Jump squats with rucks Headed back to the AO, in case someone shows up at 530 but no one showed up so.. Time for Mt Everest 2 calf raises at the first section of stairs 4 calf raises at the second section Lunge across the large landing 6 calf raises at the third section 8 calf raises  at the last section At the top of the stairs we did 15 hip thrusters with the Ruck Next up man makers with the ruck and Fish fingers made the suggestion of going to the account of 11.... I liked that idea so 11 man makers it was With just a few minutes to fish finger suggested trying to find a good place to do BBSUs so we headed to the pull up bar area so we could hope on the declined sit-up section to knock out 20 weighted declined BBSUs while the other PAX held deep air chair position. From there we decided to ruck run back to the pavilion, another great suggestion by FF

Took pic and headed to IGY6 to get some java to end the gloom time

Whether it is a large group or just 2 it is always great to get in the gloom and I am so thankful for FF and his consistency to make it out to Staring Line on most BDs and how he pushes/encourages me to stay consistent and get stronger.  Aye!
