Preamble:

Boxing Day in the Gloom called for a ruck to ease back into physical activity after everyone (presumably) laid around eating and watching presents being opened the day before.

Warm-O-Rama:

We did a holiday start time of 7:00 with a PR at 6:30.  Everybody showed up for the PR which must be a record.

The Thang:

We rucked all round the ballfields and the park - put in a solid 75 minutes total.

COT:

Prayers and announcements followed by the Pledge of Allegiance and a photo.
