Decremental Supersets with running and an 80’s playlist

Preamble:

Ready to start the week off right! 25 days until SMR! So there will be running.

Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey over by the tennis courts for WMH, CHead squats, Hillbillies, sungods, good mornings.

The Thang:

Had the car parked by the tennis courts with my speaker and board of pain ready.  List of supersets on the board.  Alternate both exercises in the superset the prescribed number of reps, decrementing 1 rep for each, back and forth down to 1 and 1. Then run the .22 mile lap around the parking lot. Then do the next superset on the list. Exercises: Burpees / Reverse LBC's - 5 reps Mercans / Plank Jacks - 7 reps Mike Tyson's / SSH - 5 reps Prisoner Squats / Mountain Climbers - 7 reps Dry Docks / Box Cutters - 7 reps Mercans / BBSU - 10 reps Hillbillies / Shoulder taps - 7 reps Bonnie Blairs / Crunchy Frogs - 7 reps Started a round of 11's in the pavilion with Step ups and Dercans, then back to flag for Mary

3rd day in a row going hard on the legs, then I gotta eat wafflehouse and run a 5K tomorrow! Can't wait to see how everyone does tomorrow eating then running. It's a lot of food. The heat is coming later this week.  It's officially shirtless season.  Yay Snowman!
