Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey to the fountain for a warm up. 21s with a 5 burpee penalty applied. WMHs, Abe Vigodas, Moroccan Night Clubs, slow squats, slow merkins.  

The Thang:

  1. Mosey to they landing strip. 10 merkins, 10 big boys, 10 squats then Bernie sanders to next pole on left. Three burpees then run back. Add 1 rep to each of three exercises then Bernie to light pole, run to second light, three burpees and run back. Add another rep to the three exercises. Run to third light pole alternating Bernie’s and running. Three burpees and run back. Add one more rep …keep repeating until hit 17 reps on each exercise and you hit the 7th light pole. Mosey to fountain. 7 minute tabata (45 on/15 off). Exercises included Irkins, jump squats, hello dollys, step ups, dips, Freddy Mercurys, dirkins,
