Firehouse Ruck and Mary

Preamble:

I was invited to a one day step challenge, which means the pax will be stepping with me today.

I showed up early to pre, DDoS should up extra early to PPR.

Warm-O-Rama:

We started rucking towards the actual Fire station for which our AO is named.

The Thang:

Rucked @ 2.5 miles, with stops for monkey humpers, squats,

we got back to the flag for about 7 minutes of Mary.

COT:

We EH’d a rando rucking around Matt Park on Tuesday, he showed up today, everybody welcome Snowden.  (He was not thrilled with the name, but I reminded him that I am Seaman, and he realized it could be worse.)

Prayers for the pax, especially FedEx, who is battling cancer, and I friend of Snowden who is battling demons.
