PAX (13): Big Sandy, Durty Nelly, Flambeaux, Grimace, Marsha, Noodle, Seaman, Snowman, Spit Valve, Swiper, Tricky, Vanna

Preamble:

Three different groups doing three different things for the prerun.  Had to bring 'em all together and warm them up as the temps were almost cold.

Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey to the top of the small parking lot for some SSH, Imperial Walkers, WMH, and good mornings

The Thang:

Partner up at the top of the small parking lot for a Dora.  100 burpees, 200 merkins, 300 LBCs.  Partner runs half way down the lot and performs 3 monkey humpers. Next, 11's at the Wall of Champions.  Donkey kicks at the bottom, squat jumps at the top. Next, People's Donkey Balls at the big wall.   Mosey back to the flag.

COT:

Lots of cool stuff on the calendar.  Prayers for health, aging parents, inlaws and the courage to lead on the homefront.   Prayers for Laimbeer's 2.0's surgery.

Naked-Man Moleskin:

Let the record show that no one was cold.   Always enjoy sharing some of my favorite things with the newer PAX
