Preamble:

I received a last minute request to swap Q dates and of course, as the site Q, I stepped up and made it happen. It was a tricky Q to plan based on the 40F and 100% chance of rain forecast - also likely why numbers ended up lower than recent Fridays.

Naked-Man Moleskin:

Credit to these HIMs showing up fearless and ready in the face of daunting weather - they demonstrated the spirit of F3 by not letting the elements slow them down. There was good discussion at coffeteria about how to layer for warmth, and how to design a Q to keep HIMs warm in challenging weather. The short version of each: Wet = Cold, and target more muscle volume to generate more heat (work legs, and where possible multiple muscle groups). Thanks as well to Whiplash for being my extra set of hands for 2 Qs in a row now, haha. It is hard to carry a phone, speaker, and whiteboard while moseying.
