Preamble:

With 2025 done, YHC had the privilege of leading the first Grindstone beatdown of 2026.

Warm-O-Rama:

The Thang:

PAX paired up and started on the goal line. DORA was the name of the game today. One PAX Bernie'd to the 50 yard line then turned around and sprinted the remaining 50 yards to the other side of the field. Once hitting the goal line mosey back to the starting goal line. Meanwhile, the other PAX exercised. The exercises were as follows:
  • 100 copperhead squats
  • 200 lunges (Cumming count)
  • 300 flutter kicks (Cumming count)
Once the 6 was in, PAX mosied back to the flag to end with a round of Meaningful Mary. Instead of reflecting on 2025, this time PAX shared what they were looking foward to in 2026 and lead an exercuse of their choosing.

Naked-Man Moleskin:

YHC is grateful to be able to get out ITG with these HIM. F3 is a good kryptonite sanity room for when other parts of life feel heavy. Being able to get out ITG and use the beatdowns as a positive outlet to shed negativity and find focus makes us stronger mentally, physically, and spiritually. The work we put in here carries forward into how we lead at home, at work, and in our communities.
