Preamble:

This was my last Q as Site Q. Its been an honor serving Jericho. F3 has taught me to be a better leader in my community, at work and at home. This last year got me out of my comfort zone to step into a leadership position. I am happy I did and even happier for the future of what Jericho will do under new leadership with Simple Jack!

Warm-O-Rama:

 Mosey to lower parking lot and Circle up.

  • SSH
  • Weed Pickers
  • Imperial Walkers
  • Arm Circles

The Thang:

Block 1 –  (10 min)

  • 20 Regular Merkins
  • 30 Squats
  • 40 LBCs

After each round:

  • Mosey around parking lot

Repeat until time.

Block 2 – Transition Beatdown

Mosey together.

At each light post all the way to the top

  • 10 Diamond Merkins
  • 20 Lunges (Cumming Count)
  • 30 Flutter Kicks (2-count)
Went back to pick up the six. completed last round the moseyed to the flag. and on the way did 20 Burpees
