Preamble:
YHC had just sat down to start an epic preblast when he realized UMass had just posted a preblast for Black Water. Turns out UMass was just a little eager for his upcoming Q on 3/2. We sorted it and YHC had decided to keep the Q. As I was looking for some inspiration for the Q i came across the 13 year anniversary of Chris Kyle’s death was on 2/2. I then remembered an iron pax workout in his honor (clearly I didn’t remember it too well because this was no joke and i was second guessing this decision but in the end glad we did it.)Warm-O-Rama:

The Thang:
AMRAP with the 5-minute EMOM timer- Complete the following exercises as prescribed
- 40 Kettlebell swings
- 40 lateral block jump-overs
- 40 thrusters
- 40 decline merkins (feet on top of your coupon that is turned vertically)
- When EMOM timer goes off
- Stop the work you are doing:
- Run out 25 yards
- Do 5 burpees
- Run back 25 yards
- Pick up where you left off when you get back
- Stop the work you are doing:
- Repeat this pattern

As we close the page on January YHC challenged my fellow PAX to spend some time this week reflected on what went well and what areas need improvement. Be consistent and stack small wins, and don’t let one bad day or week completely derail future progress. Announcements:- Polar Plunge 2/21
