Warm-O-Rama:
Mosey a couple hundred yards, circle up.
SSHx15, Abe Vigoda, Good Mornings, Arm Circles.
The Thang:
Firehouse Mile:
Run lamp post to lamp post. At each lamp post, do SSH, Merkins, LBCs, increasing in number up to the roundabout.
At the roundabout:
Al Gore, partner tickle squats (ghey), calf raises.
Return down the road in reverse sequence at each lamppost.
At the stairs, deep sea diver merkins. Shoulder to shoulder so close it was ghey.
Mosey back to the flag for Mary: flutter kicks (regular, double time, half time) then silent SSH until time.

Lotta babies. So many babies!
