Preamble:

Spring is in the air!  First day over 60 degrees in quite some time and the numbers are strong!  Let’s go!

Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey to top parking lot for warm up: weed pickers good mornings willie mays hayes SSH

The Thang:

Head to the kidney bean for some Route 66.  Mosey around the track stopping at each light post for burpees.  Start at 12 and drop one each light post.  *Note:  supposed to start at 11, but there are 12 light posts so these PAX actually did a Route 78 ;) Next, down to the playground hill for 11’s: Bottom: Star Jumps Top: Jungle Boi Squats Next, Next, divide up into teams of 4 for pain stations on the playground. Station 1: Swerkins Station 2: pull ups Station 3: Step ups Station 4:  2 laps around the playground Lastly, Head to the pavilion - 12 - 10 - 8s of: Jump ups Irkins Bulgarian split squats
