5 stops as we move north up the parking lot, stopping for 5 reps at each stop.  Mosey back to the start after each round

Round 1 - Wolverines

Round 2 - Jump Squats

Round 3 - WWII sit ups

Next, head to the football field and circle up in the middle for a Captain Thor:

1:4 ratio of Big Boi sit up to American Hammer - Cumming Count (until 8:32)

All the way up to 10:40
