There was no Starting Line Q, so YHC picked up the Q and chose a ruck BD following an extended PR.

No warm-o-rama, just went straight into the ruck.
The Thang:
Rucked around Dawsonville. YHC forgot to start his watch, so didn't track the first quarter mile or so, but 2 PAX rucked ~3 miles.
