The Thang:

Started with a 3:11 plank with merqs on the lyrics “need” and “more.” ~30 merqs. Then, squats for another song. Got on our 6 for Captain Thor Ladder: 1 > 9. For fun, we partnered up and alternated running half soccer field back and forth while our partner PAX performed Surrender HUrpies. Total count: 60 SHUrpies. (Pro Tip: don’t do Surrenders on turf. It sucks and not in the good way). Moved to the building for alternating wall sits and balls to the wall. (There were several unconfirmed complaints about appendages getting in PAX faces. No corroborating evidence was found on this chilly morning). Ran it back to the flag with an Indian run. Wrapped it up with a Cool Down: Downward Dog, Pigeon, and a shoulder stretch.

COT:

Several prayer requests for PAX parents who are fighting illness, strokes and recently passed. Prayed for the PAX and M’s navigating caring for their parents. Relient’s brother-in-law surgery. Dirty Nellie’s marriage. Praise - the situation has made some positive progress. Dumpster’s return home and 1/4 mile walk. Keep praying.  It matters.

It was a privilege to lead the PAX and put into practice what I have observed over the last 5 months. I appreciate the leadership and brotherhood provide by F3 Cumming PAX.
