The Thang:

We partnered up, made our way over to the coupon station, and each grabbed a coupon. Rifle carried our coupon to the football field on the left.
  • Next exercise was…Dora (the coupon was for mental fortitude/a decoy and not used for Dora).
    • 100 Merkins (alternate running and exercise with partner — partner 2 run to the other sideline and back)
    • 200 Squats / run
    • 300 LBC’s / run
  • 11’s
    • 10 curls //1 overhead press — in between rifle carry (with coupons)
    • 10 merkins/1 BBSu (no coupons)
* Each person carried their coupon back, deposited it, then headed to the flag, stretched with Willie Mays Hays, then Mary with Laimbeer's favorite 100's until time was called.

    • YHC talked about All Saints Day (November 1) and putting my trust in Jesus that day when I was 16, trusting in his death and resurrection for forgiveness, and beginning my personal relationship with him. I moved from trusting in what I could do, to what he has done.
