Dinghy’s Day after D-Day Drubbing

Preamble:

Having been away from his beloved Bridge for the Murph (did it in Savannah, but that's academic), YHC decided that a repeat was in order. This was especially evident given the 80 year anniversary of D Day was in order. In addition, the trusty old ruck was no longer as trusty (more rusty than trusty), and the replacement came in on Wednesday. With a veteran crew, disclaimer was given, and off we went.

Warm-O-Rama:

In rucks, conducted 10 reps of each of the following: Weedpickers, hillbillies, overhead claps, Willy Mays Hays, Moroccan nightclubs. Ruck towards Medlock Bridge, towards the traffic circle, take a right, and then to the pullup bars

The Thang:

  1. Mini Murph, no travel, decreasing reps - Pax started with 10 pullups, 20 mercans, 30 squats. Repeat but drop 1 rep/2 reps/3 reps each round until reaching 1/2/3 reps of each exercise. Continue ruck to Potter's wall
  2. 11's with Alpha Step ups and Erkins. Continue ruck to the ramp
  3. Rolling Dry Hump - each pax conducts 2 alpha lunge walks, with 1 Carolina Drydock and 2 Monkey Humpers. Repeat the 2 lunge walks but increase to 2 CDD's and 4 MH's. Rinse and repeat up the ramp until 10 CDD's and 20 MH's. Continue ruck back to the flag
  4. Mary - Flutter kicks x 10 and that was TIME
