No preamble, just get after it.Warm-O-Rama:
Warmup included running stadium steps, SSH, Weed Twisters, Burpees and more.The Thang:
- Long run over to Peanut Hill. It had been a while, so it was time for the hill to reclaim it's revenge upon the PAX.
- At the bottom, partner up. Partner A would run all the way to top while Partner B bear crawled up the hill.
- Once all of the PAX reached the top, we would head back down for round 2
- This time Partner B would lunge walk up
- Time running out, we came back to campus for a routine around the track
- Partner A would run a lap while Partner B would do Colt 45's with coupon, then rifle carry in opposite direction of partner
- Once they met, switch. We did this a full loop around the track
- Back to the flag for 1 minute of Mary
