Preamble:

In honor of my return to the lovely University of Georgia, the PAX did a BD to get in shape to do some moving. You have to make sure when you are moving heavy items in front of others that you do not look weak. This will assert dominance.

Warm-O-Rama:

- SSH

- Good morning

- Windmills

- Moroccan nightclub

- Imperial walkers

The Thang:

QIC lead PAX to different stations after each PAX collects their own coupon. Each station an exercise is preformed for 2 minutes and the coupon is rifled carried from station to station. The stations were as followed:

Chuck Norris Merkins

Weighted Squat

Plank Jacks

Overhead Press

Speed Humpers

Bicep Curls

Balls to the wall Donkey Kicks

Skull Crushers

Big Boy Sit Ups

The goal of this BD is to allow PAX to make it as easy or difficult as they would like. As many reps as possible for the 2 minutes is strongly recommended to achieve peak move-in physique.
