After Crab Cake announced his 4 yr anniversary Q, what else could I do but design a hard workout that would transform your body such that your wife would make sweet, sweet love to you?Warm-O-Rama:
Jog down past the baseball field and over to the greenway section with the steep hill and down that to the parking lot for- Good Mornings
- SSHs
- Calf/Runner's Stretches
- Merkins
The Thang:
Thang 1: 22s up the greenway hill. Same as 11s but increment/decrement the numbers by 2. Thrusters at the bottom, hand release merkins at the top. Lots of grunting on those merkins. Your pecs will thank me later. Once the six was in, we did a quick round of Mary:- LBCs

- Light 2: 5 Burpees, 10 Lunges (10 lunges each leg)
- Light 3: 5 Burpees, 10 Lunges, 15 Imperial Walkers (15 each leg)
- Light 4: 5 Burpees, 10 Lunges, 15 Imperial Walkers, 20 Merkins
- Light 5: 5Burpees, 10 Lunges, 15 Imperial Walkers, 20 Merkins, 25 Plank Jacks
