Preamble:

Keeping things simple but still getting the job done is what I like to do. It was not an all out don’t think I could take another step beatdown but it did cover every muscle group.

Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey to the soccer field intersection to kick off with SSH, weed pickers, Willy Mays Hays, and Moroccan night clubs then mosey back to starting line.

The Thang:

Carry cindy to track. At the top and bottom of the track is a container which has multiple exercises to perform. After completing the exercise, carry cindy to the next container and repeat until time is up. If you have to put cindy down, it will cost you 10 merkins. 

Some of the possible exercises:

  1. 15 merkins
  2. 15 burpees
  3. 15 OH squats
  4. 15 goblet squats
  5. 15 sumo squats
  6. 15 Incline Merkins
  7. 15 Decline Merkins
  8. jog 1 lap w/o cindy
  9. jog 2 laps w/o cindy
  10. Walk backwards 1 lap
  11. 50 SSH
  12. 10 Sumo squats and 10 goblet squats
  13. 15 Goblet squats
  14. 50 Flutter kicks
  15. 10 Chest press, 10 curls, 10 OH press, 10 OH tri-extensions
  16. 10 Wolverines
  17. 10 OH squats
  18. 20 Big boys
  19. 15 Big boys, 15 LBCs, 15 flutter kicks

COT:

All PAX are in good health. Keeping prayers strong for Marsha and his family! 

Discussion about eating ASS  challenge and whether this is either a good idea or if we could possible complete this exercise backwards. 

Naked-Man Moleskin:

YHC’s first PR. Glad Waterboy was there as I it would be quite funny the first PR I did might have been by myself. (I hate running) 

Sometimes I have good taste in music…sometimes I don’t. Just depends on who you ask.
