Preamble:
Keeping things simple but still getting the job done is what I like to do. It was not an all out don’t think I could take another step beatdown but it did cover every muscle group.
Warm-O-Rama:
Mosey to the soccer field intersection to kick off with SSH, weed pickers, Willy Mays Hays, and Moroccan night clubs then mosey back to starting line.
The Thang:
Carry cindy to track. At the top and bottom of the track is a container which has multiple exercises to perform. After completing the exercise, carry cindy to the next container and repeat until time is up. If you have to put cindy down, it will cost you 10 merkins.
Some of the possible exercises:
- 15 merkins
- 15 burpees
- 15 OH squats
- 15 goblet squats
- 15 sumo squats
- 15 Incline Merkins
- 15 Decline Merkins
- jog 1 lap w/o cindy
- jog 2 laps w/o cindy
- Walk backwards 1 lap
- 50 SSH
- 10 Sumo squats and 10 goblet squats
- 15 Goblet squats
- 50 Flutter kicks
- 10 Chest press, 10 curls, 10 OH press, 10 OH tri-extensions
- 10 Wolverines
- 10 OH squats
- 20 Big boys
- 15 Big boys, 15 LBCs, 15 flutter kicks
