Preamble:

Wanted to try the ruck murph

Warm-O-Rama:

Warmed up with a mile ruck

The Thang:

1 Mile ruck 100 - bent rows with ruck 200 - Merkins 300 - Squats 1 mile ruck   We did the exercises in rounds of 10,20,30 after 5 rounds we were feeling gassed so we did the second mile and then came back to finish the last 5 sets. It was a pretty challenging BD  

COT:

Had a quick COT and then we all went to the farmer's market for coffee
