The Thang:
Goat showed up late. So we grabbed our coupons and carried them to the gazebo, where I had lights and signs set up. Then we mosey'd to the corner of Crabapple and Etris where I told a lie - I purchased a daily pass to Burn Bootcamp and that's where we're headed as we were doing air squats for the 6. Once everyone got there, we headed down the trail towards the baseball fields. We landed back at the original Badapple starting point, where we did monkey humpers until the 6 was in. From there, we mosey'd through the field back to the gazebo. We had 2 signs: 1 w/exercises involving the KBs and another without. We stayed under the gazebo in an attempt to stay dry. The instructions is, you do the 2 exercises on the KB sign, each a rep count of 10. When I say "stop and switch", you do the exercises on the non-KB sign, also a rep count of 10. The signs read as follows: KB Sign: rep count of 10; rinse and repeat until I tell you to stop- Round 1: Paloff-Press/Swings
- Round 2: Lungest/Squats
- Round 3: Left Arm Rows/Right Arm Rows
- Round 4: Window Washers/Gas Pumpers
- Round 5: Halo's/V-Chops
- Round 6: Side Lunge/Overhead Press (didn't get to this one)
- Round 1: V-Ups/LBCs
- Round 2: Plank Jacks/Mountain Climbers
- Round 3: Burpees (just do 10)/Step-Ups (do 20 each leg)
- Round 4: Pickle Pushers/Box Cutters
- Round 5: Big Boy Sit-Ups/Freddy Mercuries
- Round 6: American Hammers/Decline Mercans (didn't get to this one)
