YHC was excited to try out the new AO as Q and the weather was a perfect 65 degrees and breezy. Jorts weather for sure.
Warm-O-Rama:
Mosey around the bend for SSH, copperhead squats, windmills, and bat wings.
The Thang:
Theme of the day was the number 5 and hanging around 2 specific areas I've been drawn to since the one other time I've been here recently.
Stop 1 - Pull-Up Bar
5-10-15's
Three stations by the bar for three different exercises.
Station 1 - 5 180 degree burpees ('n Synch style)
Station 2 - 10 jump squats
Station 3 - 15 LBC
Pay toll of 1 pull-up after each station and repeat for 5 rounds
Stop 2 - the big hill behind the tennis courts
bottom of the hill = 5 star jumps
top of the hill = 10 merkins
rinse and repeat until time to head back to the flag (felt like 50 trips)
Mosey back to the flag to find it laying on the ground...10 burpee penalty to finish just at time.
