Last minute grab of the Q, so kept it simple but effective.
Warm-O-Rama:
PAX moseyed down to the football field for some SSH, Weed Pickers, Hillbillies, Good Mornings, Moroccan Night Clubs and Micheal Phelps OYO.
The Thang:
After the Warm-o-Rama, we moseyed to the coupon pile and grab a decent sized coupon to head back to the football field with. All exercises (except running) were performed with coupons. 3 sets (one of core, arms, and legs) of 3 exercises with reps of 5, 10, 15, and 20 each. The core set included BBS, American Hammers (CC) and Flutters (CC). The arms set include Bench, Skull Crushers, and Curls (for the girls). The legs set included Squats, Lunges (CC), and Calf Raises on bleachers. After each set, PAX ran across the field sideline to sideline. After all three sets were performed for 5 reps, PAX ran one lap around the entire football field. Then on to 10 reps and so on.
