The Thang:
The Murphora Kind of like a Dora. But since there were only 3 of us, we formed up into one team for 150 pull-ups, 300 Merkins, and 450 rock squats. One PAX did exercises while the other 2 PAX ran a loop, switching off after each loop. Tote the rock back, then finish up at the flag with some American Hammers for time.COT:
