Preamble:

I signed up to Q Jericho a few weeks ago and had a plan, but tweaked it a little with the passing of Hulk Hogan. We had to honor the Hulk!

Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey to the top parking lot for some: SSH, Weed Pickers, Imperial Walkers, Good Mornings, and Michael Phelps Mosey to the top football field.

The Thang:

Speed Burps, I have done this on the track but it was time to bring it to the football field. Start at the goal line and slow mosey to the 50-then give a 75% sprint to the next goal line. Slow mosey to the goal post and deposit 10 burps. Mosey to the next corner and then continue to the 50-then 75% sprint to the goal line and then deposit 9 burps and rinse and repeat until you get to zero. Ring of Fire in the middle of the field with some mercans and howling monkeys-2 rounds each. Mosey to the parking lot to honor The Hulk. His theme song was played while we did some Heels to Heaven, Up Downs, LBC's, and Kracken Burpees. That spells Hulk for you that actually read this piece of literature(nope, no Chat GPT here either). 5 minute Indian Run to to the flag for some Mary.

COT:

Another successful COT with our new format, many good things were shared. Yeti run tonight, and its never to early....Christmas Party is on 12/6.
