Run a lap, SSH, Good Mornings, Abe Vigoda, LBAC’s, and some stretches.
The Thang:
Tabata with Toys. Lots of heavy toys. Dumbells, kettlebells, rucks, cinders, and a ridiculous block of steel that fell off a truck. A big truck.
Intermission: The Welsh Dragon.
Tabata with Toys, round 2. Different exercises than Round 1, but not easier. Everybody got their swol on.
Finish with Mary – some Sit-Throughs until time.
