Went to the football field and did four corners with coupons. For the first round: 20 Merkins 20 Goblet Squats 20 Overhead press 20 flutter kick with coupon 5 manmaker toll every time PAX passed thru the center of the field. For the second round, the counts were doubled. 40 Merkins 40 Goblet Squats 40 Overhead press 40 flutter kick with coupon 10 manmaker toll every time PAX passed thru the center of the field. For the third round, the count doubled again, but YHC came to his senses and we repeated count for the second round, making it about halfway through the third round before heading back to the flag. At the flag we had a minute left, so PAX held air chair with coupon for the remaining minute and change.COT:

I never regret posting, and today was no exception.
During COT, a lady walking her dogs asked where we (the PAX) had been on Monday. She went on to say she feels safer walking the park in the mornings when we were out there.
It was a reminder that F3’s impact goes beyond EH’ing FNGs or the guys standing in the circle. Our presence in the community is noticed, and it matters.
