Monday Seaman posted in Slack the Q for Firehouse was open. Still feeling the need to lead, I picked up the Q. At the end of PPR I saw an unfamiliar vehicle roll up and to my surprise, it was Glitter. After catching up briefly, we made our way back from PR to the flag and met the other PAX for the beatdown.
Warm-O-Rama:
Short mosey, SSH, Michael Phelps, baby arm circles, circle arm babies, Willie Mays Hays, good mornings.
The Thang:
For the main thang, we did Blackjack (21). Starting at the flag PAX performed 1 merkin, moseyed to the bottom of the hill, then performed 20 big-boy sit ups. Then PAX moseyed back to the flag, performed 2 merkins, moseyed back to the bottom of the hill, performed 19 big boy sit ups, and so on and so forth until 20 merkins were performed at the flag and 1 big boy sit up was done at the bottom of the hill.
After PAX hit 21, we had a couple minutes left for some Mary. During Mary, PAX performed squats, flutter kicks, and 100's (well, 40/100 anyway) until time was hit.
