  • 100 merkins, murder bunny w cinder 10 yds, mosey 90 more, mosey back to bock, reverse murder bunny back 10 yds
  • 150 single count lunges, murder bunny w cinder 15 yds, mosey 85 more, mosey back to bock, reverse murder bunny back 15 yds
  • 200 squats, murder bunny w cinder 20 yds, mosey 80 more, mosey back to bock, reverse murder bunny back 20 yds
  • 150 single count lunges, murder bunny w cinder 15 yds, mosey 85 more, mosey back to bock, reverse murder bunny back 15 yds
  • 100 merkins, murder bunny w cinder 10 yds, mosey 90 more, mosey back to bock, reverse murder bunny back 10 yds
  • Theoretically 50 more burpees, but we ran out of time and didn't get to this set (per IPC do the whole thing for time)
