MO's Modified Miserable Mile- Perform 4 exercises at each 100 meter point on the track
- Start with 12 reps of each exercise then run to the next 100 meter mark and decrement your reps by 1 at each 100 meter mark till you hit 0.
- Then run a full lap around the track to equal 4 total laps.
