The Thang:

MO's Modified Miserable Mile
  • Perform 4 exercises at each 100 meter point on the track
  • Start with 12 reps of each exercise then run to the next 100 meter mark and decrement your reps by 1 at each 100 meter mark till you hit 0.
  • Then run a full lap around the track to equal 4 total laps.
Performed Mary at the flag till time: pulse ups, windshield wipers, flutter kicks, plank, J-Lo's and MaBell's 100's.
