Preamble:

YHC sometimes likes to borrow a few things from other successful Q's. It's not laziness, it's flattery. Thus, when Darkside put together a successful torture session at The Boneyard, the thought was, "Let's do a variation on this theme." With that, created the board of pain, arrived with a caring spirit in my heart, and proceeded to make walking up steps for the next 2 days difficult for all participating pax - YHC included, full disclosure.....

Warm-O-Rama:

10 each of weedpickers, Willie Mays Hays, Hillbillies, Moroccan Nightclubs, and Michael Phelps. Grab your block and carry it to the theatre parking lot, done in cadence to strains of "Scotland the Brave."

The Thang:

Starting on the near curb, conduct 50 of the following exercises. After each 25 reps completed (regardless of exercise), lunge walk across the parking lot to the other side, conduct 3 flying squirrels, and lunge walk back. Block Mercans - Goblet Squats - Rows - Stiff Leg Deadlifts - Overhead Press - Curls - Skull Crusher Originally scheduled to include Kettle Bell Swings and Squat Thrusters, but in the interest of time, cut the travel after Curls, and then went as long as possible, stopping short at 6:10 and had ALL pax conduct 5 KB swings and 5 Squat Thrusters. Well done to Meatball, Angus, and Popper for nearly completing all. Carry blocks back to the flag, and that was time
