The Thang:

Couple years ago at Grindstone we used to do a beat your best route once a month. 11 stations, see how much you could get done in 45 minutes.  I thought I'd bring that back for one trip through. This time I did Flutter kicks instead of Squats...Leg day will be the 2nd thang // Mosey through 11 stations, 5 burpees, 10 mercans, 15 Alpha flutter kicks at each // 2nd thang - to the football field for legs  //  Start on goal line and work towards other goal line. Every 10 yards alternate between lunges and running backwards. start with 2 squats at the 10 and add 2 squats every 10 yds.  Quads felt wonderful after this one.// Ran backwards back to other goal line. //  Run 50% to other goal line, 20 BBSU, run backwards back. //  Run to 53 yd line, backwards back and 53 LBC's // Circled up for a round of mary where each pax calls an exercise for 10 reps. Love to lead. Great comments from Snowman at COT about F3 and how many men out there really need it.  Let's not be afraid to talk it up especially to those we feel are in some sort of pain, whether expressed or hidden.
