2024 Season Opener at Bushwood!

School's out and Bushwood is in. YHC kicked it off with a classic summer lineup of pain by land and by sea.Warm-O-Rama:
At our relaxed start time of 6am, 11 PAX gathered in front of the Bushwood pool. Among us were 1 FNG (Chop Shop) and 2 stalwarts returning from hiatuses (Saint2O and Y2K). Warm-up with SSH, WP, WM, IW, Michael Phelps and T-Claps in cadence. Mosey lap thru the cul-de-sac and back. Mosey on over to the playground.The Thang:
By Land
- To prep for Memorial Day Murph, the PAX did a mini-Murph
- 50 pull-ups, 100 push-ups and 150 squats
- YHC called time at 6:20am and we transitioned to the pool.
By Sea
- Partner up for a Dora.
- 100 Alternating Shoulder Taps (alpha), 200 Monkey Humpers, 300 American Hammers (alpha)
- 1 partner does reps while other swims to other side of pool and back.
- Deep end football
- Tread water and toss the rubber football.
- If it hits the water, everyone dives to the bottom and back.
