Preamble:

Sweet, an FNG!

Warm-O-Rama:

Slow mosey around the parking lot with side shuffles and butt kickers. SSH Windmills Michael Phelps Worlds greatest stretch  

The Thang:

The 22 PAX, with cinders in tow, moseyed to the parking lot at the splash park where a board of pain awaited.  5 Gallon water jugs and 40 lb dumbells were staged here as well.  The jugs and dumbells rotated through the PAX where they would have to farmer's carry to the other side of the lot and return then passing the dumbells or jugs to the next PAX.  These kept rotating through the PAX all morning. 10 reps each for the following movements were performed:
  1. Cinder swings
  2. Bent over rows
  3. Reverse lunges
  4. Curls
  5. Sumo squats
  6. Heavy Freddies
  7. Straight leg deadlifts
  8. Overhead press
  9. Bench press with V-ups
  10. Blockees
This was an OYO format starting at the top and working your way through all the movements.  Rinse and repeat until we are out of time.  After exercises 1, 3, 5, 7, and 9 the PAX would run to the other end of the parking lot and back carrying their cinder.  The other times, the PAX would run and return without their cinder.
